He has been like that for the last 3 weeks. However, he suffered from the illness since 11 years ago and just recently, it has gotten worse that he couldn’t even move. He once worked as a carpenter but now couldn’t support his family anymore. Meanwhile, his wife who used to take the job of cleaning the rice had to quit her job to take care of her unwell husband.
This couple is both 62 years old and they are living with their 3 children in Kg. Pasir Panjang, Terengganu. Our team from Al-Infaq had the opportunity to visit them and contribute some goods from our donor. We discovered that one pack of adult pampers only lasts for 2 days and they are quite burdened by the high cost as they are now jobless.
